What Can You Expect?
1. Check your email for more information.
You should have just received a welcome email explaining the next steps.
You MUST complete the NAQ which contains a consent form before I can mail at your materials. Yes, this is a lengthy but important questionnaire! The quicker you do it, the faster we can collect your sample!
2. Make sure you add our email address to your contacts.
Please allow michele@encompasspathways.com into your safelist and check spam if you didn't get something right away! (It should already be there!!)
3. Make yourself some coffee, and wait for your hair test to arrive
Once you sign and complete the NAQ, the materials to collect your hair sample will be in the mail ASAP! Do not delay in collecting your sample. Once you mail it out, expect results to come in 2 weeks or less!
